Residents in Gambella set Indian-owned farm on fire

Residents of the Gambella Regional State, Godera woreda, attacked and set the property of the Indian farm, Verdanta Harvest Plc., on fire on account of destroying the rich forest resources in the woreda where Verdanta has some 5,000 hectares for tea plantation.

According to sources in the area, the vigilantes attacked the plantation compound on Tuesday late night and set ablaze stores, fuel tankers, machineries like tractors and excavators and logs of timber, allegedly harvested from the land the company took for tea plantation. Gatlowak Tute, president of the region, confirmed the occurrence and said that a 9-man team has been sent to the area to investigate the event. “So far, security forces have taken into custody few locals suspected of involvement in the incident,” Gatlowak told The Reporter.

አቶ ስብሃት ጠቦ የሚጠናቀቀውን የህወሃት ስውር አጀንዳ የገለጹት ከጋዜጠኛ ደረጃ ደስታ ለቀረበላቸው ጥያቄ መልስ በሰጡበት ወቅት ነበር። በኢህአዴግ የመከላከያ መዋቅር ውስጥ ከፍተኛ መከፋፈልና የኩዴታ አደጋ ሊያስከትል የሚችል አደጋ እንደተረጋገጠ ተጠቅሶ ለቀረበላቸው ጥያቄ አቶ ስብሃት “አዲስ አበባ መንግስት ገልብጠው የክልሎችን ድጋፍ ቢጠይቁ ማን እሺ ይላል” በማለት ነበር የመለሱት። አንዴ በመከላከያ ውስጥ የመከፋፈልና የመበታተን አደጋ ሊያጋጥም የሚችልበት አግባብ እንደሌለ፣ ጠያቂው እንዳለው የመፈንቅለ መንግስት አደጋ ቢያጋጥም እንኳ የህወሃት ስጋት እንዳልሆነ አስመስለው አቶ ስብሃት የመለሱት የክልሎችን ስም በመጥራት ተቀባይት እንደማይኖረው ነው። ይህም አባባላቸው እኛን ገልብጦ አገር አንድ አድርጎ መምራት አይቻልም የሚል እንደምታ ያለው ቢመስልም፤ “ሪፑብሊክ” ለመመሥረት የተነሳውና እስካሁን በነጻአውጪ ስም አገር እየገዛ ያለውን ህወሃት የመጨረሻ የመጥበብ ዓላማ በማስረጃ የገለጹበት ነው፡፡

Are Oromos Singled Out and Disproportionately Tortured in Ethiopia?

October 21, 2013 (Oromo Press) — You may ask people in Oromia, what is the language most widely spoken in Ethiopia’s prisons? Who are the ethnic groups singled out and subjected to extreme torture in Ethiopia’s notorious torture facilities? The answers to both questions are Afan Oromo (the Oromo language), and Oromo people respectively. People have pointed to this time and again to the point that torture and political imprisonments are almost becoming synonymous with one ethnicity in Ethiopia, the Oromo people.

Human Rights Watch just released a riveting account of torture in Maekelawi (comparable to Auschwitz of the Nazi era  and Gitmo of the post-9/11 period). The conditions Oromo political prisoners, including school children, who have barely come of age, face in Maekelawi and Kaliti and other facilities of torture is similar to those faced by the Jewish community during the Holocaust. The comparison to Gitmo might be a little far-fetched since Oromo detainees are innocent and unarmed civilians who get thrown into torture prisons in most cases for no other valid reasons than their default belonging in a nationality group that is different, politicized and competing with the nationality group that controls the levers of power through totalitarian parties known as the Tigire Peoples Liberation Front/ The Ethiopian Peoples Revolutionary Democratic Front.

ONLF fighters attack Kebridahar Airport

October 21, 2013 (Ogadentoday Press)- Ogaden National Liberation Front “ONLF,” official have claimed that their fighters attacked on Kebridahar town Airport on last week.

Our aim for this attack was to disrupt the visiting delegation in Ogaden and send a clear message to the puppet administration that serves only the colonial agendas in our people and land. The official said to Ogadentoday Press on the phone.

Speaking on the attack the official said that they have killed several Ethiopian Troops at the airport and destroyed two vehicles.

This was a co-ordinated attack and went successfully, the official said.

The puppet administration was hiding the attack but the military leaders informed the delegation, said the official citing their intelligence in the Ogaden.

I can confirm to you that, it was midnight and they have been waiting to welcome the federal delegation in the morning.

There is no comment from Ethiopia government.

The Deputy Prime Minister of Ethiopia Demeke Mekonnen, nine regional leaders, domestic and foreign investors were visiting Ogaden Region last week.

The tribal TPLF regime which spent 17 years of guerrilla fighting in jungle before coming to power in 1991 to govern the country for the last 22 years does not seem to have any concern or knowledge for the internationally accepted human right protocols leave aside to abide by the rules and regulations. By its very nature, TPLF is a jungle born tribal party which is incapable to administer Ethiopia in respect of contemporary, civilized thinking of governance. Its inadequacy to lead the country has proved itself in these 22 years when it induces the rule of jungle, force and terror to stay in power. Here after, no one expects TPLF to realize the importance of freedom and democracy to govern a sovereign country. If one thinks that the time is still early for this tribal regime to update itself and respect civilian rights, he or she must be the one who dreams the sun to rise on west and set in the east. No one is optimist to any form of positive change as long as this government is on power.

October 18, 2013, Nairobi (Human Rights Watch) – Ethiopian authorities have subjected political detainees to torture and other ill-treatment at the main detention center in Addis Ababa. The Ethiopian government should take urgent steps to curb illegal practices in the Federal Police Crime Investigation Sector, known as Maekelawi, impartially investigate allegations of abuse, and hold those responsible to account.

The 70-page report, “‘They Want a Confession’: Torture and Ill-Treatment in Ethiopia’s Maekelawi Police Station,” documents serious human rights abuses, unlawful interrogation tactics, and poor detention conditions in Maekelawi since 2010. Those detained in Maekelawi include scores of opposition politicians, journalists, protest organizers, and alleged supporters of ethnic insurgencies. Human Rights Watch interviewed more than 35 former Maekelawi detainees and their relatives who described how officials had denied their basic needs, tortured, and otherwise mistreated them to extract information and confessions, and refused them access to legal counsel and their relatives.

“Ethiopian authorities right in the heart of the capital regularly use abuse to gather information,” said Leslie Lefkow, deputy Africa director. “Beatings, torture, and coerced confessions are no way to deal with journalists or the political opposition.”

Bomb blast in Ethiopian capital kills two: state radio

October 14, 2013 (Reuters) – A bomb blast in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa killed two people on Sunday, state radio said.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the bombing, but Ethiopia says it has thwarted plots of attacks in the past two years and blames rebel groups based in the south and southeast, as well as Somalia’s al Shabaab insurgents.

“A bomb blast occurred at a residential house in the Bole district and killed two unidentified individuals,” a report on national radio said, quoting the National Security and Intelligence Service.

The explosion occurred in the city’s upscale Bole district, about 5 km (3 miles) from a soccer stadium where thousands of fans were queuing for tickets to a World Cup qualifier against Nigeria and gathering at squares in the capital to watch the match on giant screens.

Ethiopia govt. links opposition leaders to terrorism

October 5, 2013 (Press TV) — During the month of September alone, two anti-government protests were held in the streets of Ethiopia’s capital Addis Ababa. The protesters led by leaders of opposition political parties decried among other things the anti terrorism law passed by the Ethiopian parliament in 2009, claiming that it is targeting journalists and political leaders.

Now the prime minister of Ethiopia, Hailemariam Desalegn has responded to these protests saying that the government has proof which shows some of the opposition leaders leading these anti government demonstrations are linked to armed terrorism groups operating inside the country.

In June 2011, the Ethiopian government labeled three political parties as terrorist groups, under the country’s anti-terrorism proclamation. The parties are Ginbot 7, the Ogaden National Liberation Front, and Oromo Liberation Front .The Ethiopian premier claims that some leaders of these parties have even attempted attacks on the African Union.

 ተቃዋሚ ፓርቲዎች፤ መንግስት በተደጋጋሚ ምላሽ የሰጠባቸውን ጥያቄዎች መላልሰው የሚያቀርቡት በመንግስት ላይ ጫና በመፍጠር አቋሙን ለማስቀየር በማሰብ ሊሆን ይችላል ያሉት ጠ/ሚኒስትሩ፤ ይሄ ግን በፍፁም የማይሳካ ሃሳብ ነው ብለዋል፡፡ “ግንቦት ሰባት” በቅርቡ መንግስትን ለመጣል ወታደራዊ እርምጃ እንደሚወስድ በይፋ መግለፁን በተመለከተ ተጠይቀው ሲመልሱም፣ የፓርቲው አመራሮችና ደጋፊዎች ተጨባጭ ያልሆነ ህልም ውስጥ ሆነው የተናገሩት ነገር እንደሆነና ከህልማቸው ሲነቁ እውነታውን እንደሚገነዘቡት ጠ/ሚኒስትሩ ተናግረዋል፡፡ ኢህአዴግ ውስጥ መከፋፈልና የሃይል መጠባበቅ አለ የሚለውን መረጃ በተመለከተም “ይህ የአንዳንድ አፍራሽ ሃይሎች ከንቱ ምኞትና ተጨባጭ ያልሆነ አሉባልታ ነው” ሲሉ አጣጥለውታል፡፡

በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ተጠባባቂ የቢዝነስ ዴቭሎፕመንት የስራ ሒደት ባለቤት የሆኑት አቶ ኤፍሬም መኩሪያ ለጋዜጣው  እንዳስረዱት ፣ ካራቱሪ ከባንኩ እ.ኤ.አ በዲሴምበር 2011 ወደ 62 ሚሊየን ብር ብድር ቢወስድም መክፈል በሚገባው ጊዜ ሊከፍል አልቻለም። ብድሩንም ለማስታመም የተደረጉ ተጨማሪ ጥረቶች ባለመሳካታቸው ጉዳዩ ወደህግ ክፍል መመራቱን ባለስልጣኑ ተናግረዋል። ባንኩ በአሁኑ ወቅት ይህ ብድር የተበላሸ ወይንም መመለስ የማይችል ነው በሚል ጉዳዩን ይዞት ለማስመለስ ወደ ሕጋዊ እርምጃ መግባቱን” አክለዋል።

የኩባንያው የምርት መሳሪዎች ዋና ክፍል ኃላፊና የሠራተኞች ተወካይ የሆኑት አቶ አለምሰገድ አያሌው ” ኩባንያው 300ሺ ሄክታር መሬት ለማልማት ከግብርና ሚኒስቴር መሬት ተረክቦ የነበረ ቢሆንም ባለፉት አምስት አመታት ከ800 ሄክታር በላይ ለማልማት” አለመቻሉን ገልጸዋል።

ግብርና ሚኒስቴር ከአንድ ዓመት በፊት 200ሺ ሄክታር መሬት የነጠቃቸው መሆኑን አቶ አለምሰገድ አስታውሰው፣ ይህንንም ማልማት ባለመቻላቸው በአሁኑ ወቅት በእጃቸው የሚገኘው መሬት 10ሺ ሄክታር ብቻ መሆኑን ተናግረዋል።

Another Azeb Mesfin's business partner arrested on corruption charges.

Gebreselassie Hailemariam, now in custody, is a close friend of Azeb Mesfin, according to some sources. Azeb's confidantes and business associates like Woldeselassie and Gebrewahd are behind on corruption charges.
Gebreselassie Hailemariam, a.k.a Aleqa Gebreselassie – owner of the COMET Building in the Hayahulet Mazoria area in Bole District, and father of Yemane Gebreselassie, who owns the new Capital Hotel & Spa on Haile Gebreselassie Avenue- was arrested three weeks ago, in connection with the current high profile corruption crackdown on the tax sector by the Federal Ethics & Anti Corruption Commission (FEACC). He has already been indicted and has joined other high profile officials in prison, Fortune confirmed from investigators.
He joins the ranks of other high profile businessmen arrested over the last four months. It started with Nega Gebregziabehere, shareholder in Netsa Trading Plc; Simachew Kebede, part-owner of the Intercontinental Hotel, and Ketema Kebede, shareholder in K.K Plc, all of whom were arrested in May.
These businessmen were also joined by high ranking government officials from the Ethiopian Revenues & Customs Authority (ERCA), including – Melaku Fenta, former director general; Gebrewahed W. Giorgis, Melaku’s deputy of the intelligence unit; Markneh Alemayehu, deputy head of the prosecution directorate, and Tewoldebisrat G. Medhin, investigator.

ከቅርብ ግዜ ወዲህ ግን በሆነ ዉስጣዊ አለመግባብት ምክንያት የስብሃት ኔትዎርክ እየተመናመነ መጣ። አቶ አባይ ወልዱ የትግራይ ክልል ፕረዚደንት ከሆነ በኋላ ኔትዎርኩ በሌሎች ተተካ። ይባስ ብሎ ደግሞ ከመለስ ዜናዊ ህልፈት በኋላ አቶ አባይ ወልዱ የህወሓት ሊቀመንበር ሆነ። ከዚህ ግዜ ወዲህ ስለ አባይ ወልዱ ባህሪ መጥፎነትና የፖለቲካ ብቃት ማነስ በሰፊው ይወራ ጀመር።

እኔ የሌሎች የህወሓት ከፍተኛ ባለስልጣናት ያህል የአባይ ወልዱ የተሟላ መረጃ የለኝም። እንደሌሎቹም በሓሳብ ክርክር ፊት ለፊት ተገናኝተን አናውቅም። (መለስ፣ ስብሃት፣ ስዩም፣ አባይ ጸሃየ፣ አርከበ፣ ቴድሮስ ሓጎስ፣ ፀጋይ በርሀ ... ብዙዎቹ በደንብ አቃቸዋለሁ)። አባይ ወልዱ ግን በደንብ አላውቀውም። አንድ ግዜ ብቻ በሆነ አጋጣሚ ተገናኝተን ብዙ አውርተን ነበር (አብርሃ ደስታ መሆኔን ሳያውቅ ማለት ነው)። ያኔ እንዳየሁት ትህተኛ (humble) ይመስላል (በአንድ ግዜ የሰው ባህሪ ለመገምገም ቢከብድም)።

ስለዚህ ስለ የአባይ ወልዱ ፖለቲካዊ ብቃትና የግል ባህሪ ጥሩነት ወይ መጥፎነት መመስከር አልችልም። ቁልፍ የሚባል የህወሓት ስልጣን ለባለቤቱ መስጠቱ ግን እንደማንኛውም ሰው ገርሞኛል። ይህ እንዳለ ሁኖ ስለ አባይ ወልዱ አንድ ነገር እርግጠኛ ነኝ። አባይ በህወሓት ካድሬዎች አይወደድም። አባይ የአምባገነንነት ባህሪ እንዳለውና የፖለቲካ ብቃት እንደሚያንሰው ለህዝቡ እንዲደርስ ተደርጓል። ማነው ስለ አባይ መጥፎነት የሚያወራ ቢባል መልሱ የህወሓት ካድሬዎች መሆናቸው ግልፅ ነው።

ለምን? አባይ የትግራይ ክልል ርእሰ መስተዳድር ከመሆኑ በፊት ቁልፍ የህወሓት ኔትዎርክ ተቆጣጥረው የነበሩ ካድሬዎች የስብሃት ነጋ ታማኞችና ዘመዶች ነበሩ። ትግራይ ሙሉ ተቆጣጥረውት ነበር። አባይ ወልዱ የነሱ ዘመድ አይደለም። አባይ ስልጣኑ ከጨበጠ በኋላ የስብሃት ታማኝ ኔትዎርከኞች ስጋት አደረባቸው። ስጋታቸውም የህወሓት ኔትዎርከኞች ቀስ በቀስ ይቀየራሉ፤ ቁልፍ የሆኑ የስልጣን እርከኞችም ከስብሃት ታማኞች ወደ አክሱም ተወላጆች ይሸጋገራሉ የሚል ነበር።

Three Ideological Positions of the Oromo National Liberation Movement

There was a time, when the Oromo freedom fighters wanted to liberate the Oromo people from any sort of subjugation in the Ethiopian empire (the potentially future Great Oromia) without trying to demarcate a national area called Oromia; for instance, we can mention the movements like the Raayyaa Oromo revolt, the Bale Oromo resistance, the initiation of Maccaa Tulama Association, the Oromo struggle led by ME’ISON and IC’AT as well as the formation of ENLF (the Ethiopian National Liberation Front), which was the forerunner of the OLF. Then, we came into a situation, which helped some Oromo nationals perceive, accept and respect the existence of an Oromo national area (Golden Oromia) in the Ethiopian empire, but yet without an attempt to separate this area from Ethiopia, the empire, which is said to be build by the blood and bone of the Oromo people. Now, we are in the era, when we started to think, not only about the existence of the Oromo national area, but also about the necessity of liberating this region in a form of an independent Gadaa Republic of Golden Oromia. These three visions (Great Oromia is the whole Ethiopia; Golden Oromia within Great Oromia, and an independent Golden Oromiawithout Great Oromia) as well as the respective political movements are still entertained in the Oromo society at large; the common denominator of the three forces being the struggle for the unconditionalbilisummaa/freedom of the Oromo people from any sort of political domination, economic exploitation and cultural suppression. There is no organization in the name of Oromo struggling for the first version, but there are a lot of Oromo nationals in the so-called multinational parties having this vision.

That is why I do now think that the Oromo national liberation movement has two wings and the middle-body as three important positions, from where it is fighting against the enemy. One wing wants to change the whole Ethiopia, name the country as Great Oromia and promote Afan Oromo to the federal/national language of the country, but disregarding self-rule of Golden Oromia; the middle-body wants to establish an independent Gadaa republic of Golden Oromia, which will have an influential position in the whole region of the Horn of Africa; another wing wants to liberate Golden Oromia within Great Oromia and make it be the leading nation-state of the whole country. These three parts of the Oromo national liberation movement are now trying to harmonize their moves against our common current enemy, i.e. against the fascist, Abyssinianist and racist Woyane. Accordingly, we do now find the Oromo national liberation movement in all the spectrum of the opposition parties and national liberation fronts against the oppressive regime. Surprisingly, there is no organization on the ground to represent the whole national liberation movement coordinating and accommodating all the three parts. This reality persuades us to think that the Oromo national liberation in one of the three forms is inevitable, and the possible future three types of our sovereignty are not as such disadvantageous for the Oromo people.

መስከረም ፳፩(ሃያ አንድ)ቀን ፳፻፮ ዓ/ም ኢሳት ዜና :- በቁጫ ከወራት በፊት የነተሳውን ተቃውሞ መርታችሁዋል በሚል 40 ሰዎች በአርባምንጭ እስር ቤት ታስረው ከቆዩ በሁዋላ ፍርድ ቤት እንዲፈቱ ቢያዝም ፖሊስ አልፈታም በማለቱ ሰዎቹ ለተጨማሪ ወራት ከታሰሩ በሁዋላ ከቀናት በፊት መፈታታቸው ይታወቃል። ይሁንና የመንግስት ሰራተኞች ወደ ስራ ገበታቸው ለመመለስ ወደ መስሪያ ቤታቸው ሲያቀኑ ለ14ቱ የስራ ስንብት ደብዳቤ ተሰጥቷቸዋል።

ከስራ ከተሰናበቱት መካከል አቶ ቲንኮ አሻንጎ ለኢሳት እንደገለጹት መስሪአ ቤታቸው በስራ ገበታቸው ላይ አልተገኙም በሚል እንዳሰናበታቸው ገልጸዋል

ግለሰቦቹ ማስረጃ አልተገኘባቸውም በሚል ፍርድ ቤት ነጻ እንዳደረጋቸው ቢናገሩም፣ የአካባቢው ሹሞች ትእዛዙ ከበላይ አካል የመጣ መሆኑን በመግለጽ ምንም ለማድረግ እንደማይችሉ ለሰዎች ገልጸውላቸዋል።

ከስራ ከተባረሩት መካከል አቶ ደፋሩ ዶሬ፣ አቶ ቲንኮ አሻንጎ፣ አቶ አማኑኤል ጎተሮ፣ አቶ ሳምበል ሸዋ፣ አቶ ባንቲርጉ ሄባና፣ መምህር መሸሻ ዜና፣ መ/ር ዶሌቦ ጎንጃ፣ ወ/ሮ ጊፍቲ ሰለማ፣ አተፐ እዮብ ጦና፣ አቶ አስፋው ይና፣ አቶ አሊሙሳ አርባ፣ አቶ አበራ ገ/መስቀል እና አቶ ዘውዴ ጎአ ይገኙበታል።

ተቃውሞውን በማስተባበር የተከሰሱት መቶ አለቃ ማሴቦ መዳልጮ አሁንም በአርባምንጭ በእስር ላይ ይገኛሉ። በጉዳዩ ዙሪያ የወረዳውን ባለስልጣናት ለማነጋገር ያደረግነው ሙከራ አልተሳካም።

የኢህአዴግ ባለስልጣናትን የሚያስተምረው ትምህርት ቤት ከትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ጋር ውዝግብ ውስጥ ገባ

መስከረም ፳፩(ሃያ አንድ)ቀን ፳፻፮ ዓ/ም ኢሳት ዜና :-በፕሮፌሰር ባደግ በቀለ የሚመራውና የመንግስት ከፍተኛ ባለስልጣናትን በተለይም የአመራር ሥልጠናዎችን በአገር ውስጥ በማስተማር የሚታወቀው ኢንተርናሽናል ሊደርሺፕ ኢንሰቲትዩት  በትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ስር ካለው የከፍተኛ ትምህርት አግባብነት ጥራት ኤጀንሲ ጋር ውዝግብ ውስጥ መግባቱ  ታውቋል።

የሁለቱ አካላት ውዝግብ መነሻ ምክንያቱ ተቋሙ ሳይፈቀድለት በዶክትሬት ዲግሪ ከፍተኛ ተማሪዎችን ተቀብሎ ማስተማር በመጀመሩ ነው፡፡

በፒኤችዲ ዲግሪ መርሃግብር ተቀብሎ እያስተማረ መሆኑን በመጥቀስ ወቀሳ ያቀረበ ሲሆን የኢንስቲትዩቱ ፕሬዚደንት ፕሮፌሰር ባደግ በቀለ በበኩላቸው ዕውቅና ያላገኙት በኤጀንሲው አቅም ማነስ መሆኑንና አቅም እስክንገነባ ድረስ ታገሱን መባላቸውን በመጥቀስ ወቀሳውን ያስተባብላሉ፡፡

“አንድ ተቆጣጣሪ አካል በአቅም በለጦ መገኘት እንጂ አቅም  እስክገነባ  ጠብቁኝ እንዴት ይላል? በማለት የኤጀንሲውን ትችት ማጣጣላቸውን አዲስዘመን ጋዜጣ ባልተለመደ መልኩ  በትላንት ዕትሙ በፊት ገጹ ዘግቦታል፡፡

ኢንስቲትዩቱ ከ100 ኣመት በላይ ዕድሜ ካለውና በፊሊፒንስ አገር ከሚገኘው ቡልካን ስቴት ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጋር በመቀናጀት የሚሰጠው የፒኤችዲ ዲግሪ ዕውቅና እንዲሰጠው በ2004 ዓ.ም አመልክቶ ከአንድ ኣመት በኃላ አቅም አስክንገነባ ጠብቁ የሚል ምላሽ በማግኘቱ አዲስ ቅበላ ማቆሙን ማስተማር የጀመራቸውን ግን በውጪ አገርም ጭምር እያስተማረ መሆኑን በመጥቀስ የኤጀንሲውን ወቀሳ አጣጥለዋል፡፡

መብራት ሀይል በምዝበራና በብልሹ አሰራር ከ1 ቢሊዮን ብር በላይ ገንዘብ ማባከኑን ጸረ ሙስና ኮሚሽን በጥናት አረጋገጠ

መስከረም ፳፩(ሃያ አንድ)ቀን ፳፻፮ ዓ/ም ኢሳት ዜና :-ጸረ ሙስና ኮሚሽን  በአዲስ አበባ የኢትዮጵያ ኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል ኮርፖሬሽን ውስጥ ስላለው የንብረት አስተዳደር አሰራር ስርዓት ጥናት አካሒዶ ከፍተኛ የገንዘብ ጉድለት መገኘቱን አረጋግጧል።

በጥናቱ የተለየው የመጀመሪያው ችግር እቃዎች ተገዝተው ወደ ንብረት ክፍል ከመግባታቸው በፊት ንብረት ክፍሉን ቅድመ ዝግጅት እንዲያደረግ የሚያስችለውና ወጥነት ያለው የማሳወቂያ ስርዓት አለመሰራት ነው፡፡ አብዛኛዎቹ ግዥዎች ከተፈጸሙ በኋላ ለእቃ ግምጃ ቤቶች ወጥነት ባለው እና እቃዎችን በተሟላ ሁኔታ የሚገልፁ የሰነድ ኮፒዎች በወቅቱ ወይም ቀድመው አይደርሷቸውም።

ንብረት ክፍሎች ያለበቂ የመረካከቢያ ሰነድ በጥድፊያ ንብረቶችን እንዲረከቡ መጠየቃቸው  ለተጨማሪ ወጪዎች መዳረጉ፤ እቃዎቹ ተገቢ ባልሆነ ቦታ እዲቀመጡና ለብልሽት እንዲጋለጡ እንዲሁም የጥራት ችግር ያለባቸው እቃዎች እንዲገቡ እንደሚደረግ ጥናቱ አመልክቷል፡፡
